Born Out of Need, Built for Community Healing

Core'Ordinates Care Inc. was launched out of a deep community need: to give a voice and solution to those suffering in silence with bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Following the impacts of the global pandemic, our journey began as a mobile program partnering with local clinics across the area.

Today, we are proud to welcome patients to our freestanding sanctuary in Memphis, TN. Combining nursing care, advanced medical insight, and non-invasive pelvic synergy, our mission is to deliver holistic, pain-free modalities that uphold patient dignity, restore core balance, and return true vitality to our community.

A Modern, Trauma-Informed Approach to Pelvic Health

We believe pelvic health issues are common, but they are never a normal part of aging or motherhood. We distinguish ourselves through a unique hybrid model: Nurse Practitioner-owned expertise delivered with a trauma-informed, compassionate touch.

Our specialized 6-to-8 session synergy programs yield lasting improvement for 95% of our patients. By eliminating the need for invasive surgeries or ongoing medications, we help men and women ditch the pads, manage chronic pain, and step back into their lives with total confidence. Here, you are never just a patient—you are our partner in health.
