Consultations & Diagnostic Evaluations

New Patient Consultation & Assessment
New Patient Consultation & Assessment is your first, unhurried visit with our pelvic health team, designed to help you feel heard, understood, and clear about your next steps. We start by listening to your health history, current symptoms, and goals-whether that is staying dry at work, enjoying exercise again, or feeling comfortable during intimacy.
From there, we move into gentle baseline testing. This may include pelvic floor strength evaluations, endurance checks, and a focused bladder function assessment, all explained in plain language before we do anything. As a nurse practitioner-owned clinic with more than 20 years of clinical experience, we bring both medical insight and body-awareness coaching to this visit.
You will leave with a goal-oriented synergy plan, not a generic handout. Together, we map out realistic milestones-like fewer leaks, less urgency, or reduced pain-and decide which services fit you best. That may include pelvic floor muscle training, biofeedback, relaxation work, or bladder control approaches, typically structured over six to eight sessions.
Because our care is trauma-informed, you stay in control of pace, touch, and what feels comfortable. Nothing is rushed, and questions are encouraged. Most insurance plans are accepted, and referrals are generally not required, so you can start this process without extra hurdles.
If you are tired of being told to "just live with it," this consultation is your chance to get real answers and a clear, respectful plan to help you live again with confidence and comfort.
